Job Description

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will be a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your core responsibility is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with direct impact on success.
You will own the recruitment lifecycle for the Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to successful close, including:
  • Being a strategic thought partner to hiring managers for role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively mapping and engaging high-caliber passive talent and prioritizing critical roles.
  • Running structured, high-quality interview processes upholding company values and candidate experience.
  • Tracking and reporting on key metrics to inform strategy.
  • Driving talent acquisition initiatives to improve hiring practices and employer brand.

Success Criteria

Success in this role includes maintaining a judgment-first mindset as a bar-keeper; understanding business drivers related to revenue, user growth, and product velocity; market fluency informed by data; velocity with quality in hiring; and being a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on engineering and product roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential, with additional international hiring experience as an advantage.
  • Proven success in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
