Job Overview

The Senior Product Marketing Manager role is embedded within the User Centric Stream and works closely with Product, Medical, User Research, Growth, and Brand teams. This role focuses on integrating strong marketing skills in a product-led environment to enhance user experience and feature adoption among 70+ million users.
The role requires a data-driven, stakeholder-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset to embed marketing thinking into product development, communication, and value delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the role of Product Marketing in the User Centric team by building strong relationships with Product Managers and acting as an ambassador for marketing within the Product organization.
  • Apply marketing mindset to product development by focusing on positioning, value articulation, and revenue modeling from early feature development stages.
  • Design and conduct data-driven tests to refine messaging and value propositions based on user response.
  • Create clear processes in ambiguous environments.
  • Position and grow new and priority features such as Perimenopause, Flo for Partners, and Flo for Teens in close collaboration with Product and UX teams.
  • Develop internal go-to-market plans to increase adoption and user understanding of key features.
  • Own marketing performance metrics related to engagement, activation, and revenue for supported features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, particularly strong Product teams, to embed marketing insights throughout product lifecycle stages.
  • Contribute to the central Product Marketing team by providing tools, templates, and ideas to elevate the discipline.
  • Partner with Medical, Claims, and Copywriting teams to develop clear, credible, and compelling messaging.
  • Work with Brand, Social, and Communications teams to leverage feature launches for broader user engagement and advocacy.
  • Manage multiple priorities, respond to new opportunities, and ramp up quickly on new projects.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2C app-based software products, with health and womens health as a strong bonus.
  • Experience in Product-led environments driven by user needs and Product team priorities.
  • Strong marketing skills including crafting messaging, planning campaigns, and translating user insights into action.
  • Proven ability to use data and testing to improve outcomes.
  • Comfortable with diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Medical, and Marketing.
  • Highly adaptable with a can-do mindset and ability to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with CEFR C2-level English.
  • Independent, hands-on, and motivated for impact.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in regulated HealthTech or Digital Health.
  • Familiarity or interest in female health and wellness.
