The Product Marketing Manager role sits within the User Centric Stream, working closely with Product, Medical, User Research, Growth, and Brand teams to embed marketing thinking into product development and help shape user discovery and engagement with features.
Key responsibilities include establishing product marketing within product teams, driving marketing mindset from early stages of feature development, data-driven testing and messaging refinement, positioning growth of new features, internal go-to-market planning, owning marketing metrics, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the central Product Marketing team.
Required experience: 5+ years in product marketing for B2C app-based software, preferably in health or women’s health, experience in product-led environments, strong marketing skills, data-driven decision making, stakeholder management, adaptability, and strong communication skills with CEFR C2-level English.
Nice to have experience in regulated HealthTech or Digital Health and familiarity or interest in female health and wellness.

Salary is £78,000 in London and €4600 in Vilnius.
