The Design team focuses on delivering the best user experience on the app. They use data-informed research, innovation, and expert design to ensure high-quality execution of the platform and features. The team is in a hyper-growth phase and aims to build a world-class function.

As a Senior Product Designer in the User-Centric stream, the role involves designing complete user journeys supporting women's health stages, from the first period to menopause. The focus is on holistic experiences that help millions of women manage their wellbeing. Current projects include perimenopause experiences, GenAI-powered insights, weight management, and Well-being Score development. This is an opportunity to influence women’s health technology globally.

Your Experience

Must have:
  • 6+ years designing digital products for web and mobile.
  • Portfolio showing strategic thinking, UX/UI design, problem-solving, and measurable impact.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for designing complex user journeys with attention to detail.
  • Deep knowledge of the design process from ideation to launch and collaboration with engineers.
  • Strong skills in Figma and other design tools, with experience in interactive prototyping.
  • Expertise in accessibility (A11Y) ensuring inclusivity and scalability.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in health tech.
  • Knowledge of AI and large language models (LLMs) for innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Design user-centered experiences to empower women’s understanding of their health.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers and Data Analysts to validate design decisions.
  • Support Product Managers and Design Leads in roadmap definition.
  • Partner with Content Designers for content-driven experiences.
  • Lead discovery activities and ideation sessions like design sprints or workshops.
  • Develop end-to-end user journeys from prototypes to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Advocate for accessibility ensuring inclusive designs across user groups.
