The Core Analytics team supports Flo's rapid growth by ensuring data-informed decisions, aligned methodologies across analytical teams, and advancing data tools. Senior Product Analysts conduct research impacting many teams and support high-level business decisions.

You'll be responsible for modeling growth in revenue and user metrics, segmenting users for retention and conversion analysis, presenting insights to peers and leaders, improving BI and data architecture, prioritizing analytics engineering projects, and unifying methodologies like A/B testing to ensure best practices.

Must have at least 5+ years as a Data/Product Analyst, experience with A/B testing and statistics, advanced SQL skills, proficiency in data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau), and strong presentation skills. Nice to have experience includes subscription business knowledge, Python for data analysis, mentoring analysts, evangelizing analytical tools, and experience as a BI analyst using Looker.

€6,000 - €8,300 gross per month, depending on skills and experience.
