The Job
The Senior Performance Marketing Copywriter role is for an experienced copywriter who combines creative strategy with performance marketing. The role involves creating creative concepts and writing copy that drives conversion and engagement among women at every life stage. The copywriter will shape campaigns and optimize paid creative outputs to identify what resonates best with the audience, focusing on metrics like click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
Your Experience
Must have experience in a senior creative or copywriting role focused on performance marketing or paid social, ideally in consumer apps, healthtech, or wellness brands. Deep understanding of direct-response copywriting principles with proven success writing for video ads, social scripts, and landing pages in data-driven growth environments is required. The role demands creativity balanced with experimentation, strong collaboration skills, analytical mindset to interpret campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV), exceptional written communication sensitive to women’s health topics, familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools, and knowledge of ad creative frameworks for major social platforms like Meta and TikTok. Experience with industry tools like Figma, Jira, and Looker is also important. Nice to have background includes women's health, femtech, wellness products, and scaling paid user acquisition creative operations in start-ups or scale-ups.
Responsibilities
- Create and optimize ad copy for paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels including video scripts, static ad headlines, and motion copy.
- Develop creative concepts rooted in audience psychology, cultural insights, and emotional drivers relevant to women's health.
- Use data insights from testing and campaign metrics to refine messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and video editors to craft high-impact ad creative on brand.
- Maintain unified, authentic, empathetic tone of voice across all paid assets and landing pages.
- Contribute strategic copy-led insights into experimentation, channel strategy, and creative development.
