Medical and scientific credibility is the foundation of Flo. The Medical Advisors are divided into two teams: the User Centric team, which focuses on content and medical accuracy in marketing and user materials, and the Health team, which focuses on the predictive powers of Flo's health features. This role is part of the User Centric team.

Responsibilities include ensuring the medical accuracy of Flo's marketing and social media channels, reviewing marketing communications and health-related content, collaborating with various teams, working with the expert medical board for peer reviews, supporting onboarding flow development, providing expert input on medical risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance of marketing materials, and attending team meetings.

The candidate will be the main medical contact for marketing and bring medically appropriate ideas to the marketing teams. They will aim for 100% medical accuracy in all communications and work to improve the medical review workflow.

Must have: Medical Degree, at least 1 year as a clinician, experience partnering with marketing in a health-tech setting, experience reviewing marketing and social media content, excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have: Experience in women’s health (GP or OBGYN), understanding of clinical safety and regulatory requirements in digital health products, experience collaborating with software product teams on health-related digital tools.

Salary range: £80,500 - £100,000 GBP per year.
