Senior Medical Advisor

The role is part of the medical team that ensures medical and scientific credibility across the platform. There are two Medical Advisor groups: User Centric (content and marketing-focused) and Health (focused on predictive powers of Flo). This role is within the User Centric team.
Responsibilities include ensuring medical accuracy in Flo’s marketing and social media, reviewing marketing communications and health content, collaborating across teams, consulting with the medical board for peer reviews, supporting onboarding research, providing input on medical risk and regulatory compliance, and improving medical review workflows.
Requirements include a Medical Degree, minimum 1 year clinician experience, experience partnering with marketing in health-tech, and fluency in English C2 level. Preferred qualifications include women’s health experience, understanding of clinical safety and regulatory requirements, and collaboration with product development teams for health-related technology.
The role involves close collaboration with marketing to maintain 100% medical accuracy, proposing medically appropriate marketing ideas, and optimizing medical review processes.
Salary range: £80,500 - £100,000 annually.
