We are searching for a visionary Senior Marketing Data Scientist to strengthen our Marketing Analytics function. This role is key to transforming our understanding of user behavior, optimizing acquisition strategies, and driving sustainable growth. This position offers an opportunity to influence key business decisions alongside our leadership team.
Responsibilities
Redefine Marketing Measurement by designing sophisticated attribution frameworks, building marketing mix models, and running experiments to identify performance drivers.
Bridge Product and Marketing by analyzing the entire user funnel from acquisition to retention and providing data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, product journeys, and features.
Shape Predictive Modeling by collaborating with ML engineers on methodology selection, feature engineering, and model performance evaluation to reveal the lifetime value of users and guide smarter investments.
Uncover Hidden Patterns within user behavioral data, campaign touchpoints, and conversion journeys to develop nuanced customer segments and behavior profiles to power personalized marketing strategies.
Drive Experimentation by collaborating with performance marketing teams on experiments, lift studies, and incrementality tests to improve conversion rates and ROI continuously.
Challenge Assumptions by bringing data-driven insights to strategic conversations with senior leadership, including collaboration with the Director of User Acquisition, CMO, Analytics, and Finance leaders.
Required Experience
Experience applying data science to marketing challenges, including building predictive LTV models and marketing mix models for strategic decisions.
Strong foundation in statistical methods, experiment design, and data modeling focused on marketing performance optimization and channel mix interpretation.
Technical proficiency in Python and SQL, with preferred experience in Databricks environments.
Familiarity with data visualization and marketing analytics platforms such as Looker.
Intuitive understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and key metrics across channels.
Ability to translate complex analyses into compelling narratives to influence decision-makers.
Collaborative mindset thriving in fast-paced environments, working closely with product, marketing, finance, analytics, and engineering teams.
