Job Overview
The Product teams at Flo focus on user needs, crafting easy-to-use, information-rich resources across the platform. As a Senior Marketing Copywriter, you will use data insights to create compelling, revenue-generating campaigns grounded in true user needs.
The role requires exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with Product and Growth leaders. The team values curiosity, drive, collaboration, and experimentation focused on outcomes.
Responsibilities include partnering with Product Marketing Managers and Growth teams to leverage data in bringing product experiences to life, driving acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Key Experience Required
- Proven experience in a senior creative role in fast-paced, consumer-facing tech or health app environments.
- Experience in product-led environments.
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills across web, mobile, email, and product surfaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work that balances performance and emotional impact using data insights.
- Comfort with performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ARPU, and LTV to inform creative decisions.
- Ability to balance creative risks with rigorous testing and iteration.
- Collaboration with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to launch successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or other emerging tools in creative workflows.
- Clear and confident communication skills for presenting ideas and influencing senior stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Background in healthtech, femtech, or wellness products.
- Experience scaling creative operations in startup or scale-up settings.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex product features into clear, benefit-driven messaging for user engagement.
- Bring Flo’s brand voice to life across various channels like email, push notifications, and marketing playbooks with emotionally resonant copy.
- Use data and insights to guide campaign development and creative direction.
- Collaborate deeply with Product Managers, Growth Marketers, Analysts, and Designers to shape impactful user journeys.
- Work closely with Content, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to maintain creative consistency.
- Manage the marketing creative experimentation roadmap through hypothesis development, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Contribute to strategic planning, team rituals, and workflows that enhance product marketing.
