The Senior / Lead Medical Advisor will be part of the Health stream medical team, focusing on predictive powers of Flo's app, working closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to ensure clinical safety and drive medical credibility.
Responsibilities include ensuring medical accuracy and safety, expert input on medical risk assessments and regulatory compliance, collaborating on AI-based health features, clinical peer-review of content, and clinical governance to maintain high standards.
Requirements include medical degree with strong clinical experience, experience collaborating with product teams on healthtech products, familiarity with marketing and regulatory constraints in health sectors, experience in medical writing or health education, experience with AI health features, excellent English, and knowledge of clinical safety and governance.
Preferred but not required: Ob/Gyn experience, data analytics or coding, experience with regulated products, or experience as Clinical Safety Officer.
