The Job
We're a world-class team of product builders, engineers, data scientists, growth hackers, user researchers, designers, and medical experts — building an app that provides long-term value to millions globally. Engineers improve access to vital health info leveraging machine learning and AI for accurate cycle predictions and personalized, medically credible tips.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end AI/ML pipeline, including CI/CD for AI/ML workflows. Manage code, version datasets and models, AI agents, and production endpoints to allow ML engineers effective collaboration, experimentation, and rapid scaling of ML and AI applications.
The AI Platform team delivers scalable, high-quality infrastructure and frameworks, including feature stores, model deployment pipelines, experiment tracking, and monitoring to maximize ROI and reduce overhead from ML use cases, ensuring compliance and performance standards.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 4+ years building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
- Engineering experience with AI/LLM infrastructure and tooling.
- Strong Python skills; familiarity with Scala, Go, or Rust.
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure AI).
- Databricks experience - Unity Catalog, MLflow, Databricks Machine Learning.
- Experience with ML infrastructure tools like MLflow.
- Docker, Kubernetes, and ML-specific operators expertise.
- AI model serving with modern inference servers and API gateways.
Nice to have:
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Distributed computing experience (Databricks, Ray, Spark).
- AI safety, governance, bias detection, responsible AI practices.
- Multi-modal AI with vision-language models, speech processing, or others.
- Experience at Tier-1 product companies or similar.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated pipelines for ML models and AI systems (LLMs, multimodal models, AI agents).
- Implement CI/CD for model training, evaluation, and deployment across AI workloads.
- Orchestrate deployment of models, agents, inference endpoints with testing and rollback capabilities.
- Build infrastructure for LLM inference, fine-tuning, serving at scale.
- Implement monitoring for model performance, drift, AI safety, and compliance.
- Improve operational processes to support traditional ML and AI technologies.
