The Job
Flo is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join the dynamic Creative Studio team. The role involves collaboration with User Acquisition (paid social), Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create visually compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and support the brand strategy. This is an opportunity to develop skills and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing animation and editing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe CC, and Figma or similar software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
- Attention to detail and brand guideline consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts (e.g., CTR, conversion rates).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools including generative AI video platforms.
Nice to have:
- Experience in tech or digital marketing.
- Experience in femtech, health, and wellbeing sectors.
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design is a plus.
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) creatives.
- Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.
Responsibilities
- Increase motion design capacity within the Creative Studio team by quickly creating and animating motion graphics for UA team demands.
- Collaborate with UA team to produce high-quality motion assets for urgent campaign needs.
- Adapt and create new design iterations rapidly to support creative requests and timely delivery.
- Address localisation requests to ensure relevance across markets.
- Support Growth Marketing with motion graphics for new releases including stories and emails.
- Explore and integrate generative AI tools to innovate video concepts and streamline workflows.

- Deliver high-quality design work aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
