The job
The company is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join their dynamic Creative Studio team. The role involves working closely with the User Acquisition, Brand, Marketing, and Growth teams to create visually compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and support the overall brand strategy.
This is an opportunity for a passionate motion designer to develop their skills and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 3+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing animation skills and editing techniques;
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software;
- Proficiency in Adobe CC;
- Proficiency in Figma or similar software;
- Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects;
- Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Understanding of basic performance marketing concepts;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools including generative AI video platforms.
Nice to have:
- Experience in tech or digital marketing;
- Experience in femtech, health, and wellbeing sector;
- Familiarity with Cinema 4D or 3D motion design;
- Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) creatives;
- Basic understanding of user acquisition (UA) and CRM creatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities include boosting motion design capacity by quickly creating and animating motion graphics for the UA team, collaborating to produce high-quality motion assets for campaigns, adapting and creating new design iterations rapidly, addressing localization requests, supporting Growth Marketing with motion graphics for new releases, and integrating generative AI tools to innovate video concepts.
Targets include contributing to user engagement through campaigns and delivering design work aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
Salary
For London location, the salary range is £50,000 - £58,000 gross per year, which may vary based on skills and experience.
