The job
We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Influencer Manager with deep expertise in the creator economy and influencer marketing. The role involves shaping Flo’s global influencer program, creating strategies that drive app installs, deepen brand storytelling, and enhance performance across the marketing funnel. The candidate should understand how influencer marketing connects across channels and teams, from brand to user acquisition (UA), and repurpose creator content beyond social media, including within the app. Fresh ideas, creativity, cultural curiosity, and a passion for women’s health are essential.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 3-5+ years of influencer marketing experience
- Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with an ability to spot emerging platforms and trends early
- Proficiency in interpreting digital marketing metrics such as CPI, CTR, CPM, ROAS
- Knowledge of how influencer content supports paid social campaigns and drives funnel performance
- Skills in data analysis, social listening, benchmarking, and auditing to improve strategy and impact
- Experience managing always-on and campaign initiatives with operational excellence and detail orientation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
- A data-informed mindset combined with creativity to advance influencer marketing strategies
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors
- Deep cultural awareness and sensitivity to trends to ensure authentic brand presence
Nice to have:
- Experience with consumer apps or digital products
- Experience managing ambassador or affiliate programs
- Experience collaborating with Product or Growth Marketing teams for integrated influencer campaigns (e.g., in-app moments)
- Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, Looker, Slack, TikTok One, and Jira
