The Job
Flo is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Executive to support the day-to-day operations of its growing influencer marketing program. The role involves executing always-on campaigns, coordinating creator collaborations, and supporting influencer content performance across markets in a highly collaborative environment.
The Influencer Executive will work closely with agencies, creators, and teams across Brand, Social, Data, Product, and User Acquisition to ensure smooth campaign execution, strong focus on timelines, tracking, and delivery of results. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about creators, with an eye for detail and a desire to grow in performance-led influencer marketing.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 1–3+ years experience in influencer marketing, content production, or social media campaigns.
- Experience working with creators or agencies in brand, platform, or agency settings.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with creator platforms, influencer databases, or social analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google spreadsheets).
- Collaborative team player who is detail-driven and deadline-focused.
- Interest in health, lifestyle, or well-being and passion for performance-driven storytelling.
Professional Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and social media creator culture.
- Comfortable working with performance data, briefs, contracts, and creator tools.
- Ability to solve small to medium executional problems independently and quickly learn new systems.
Business Impact:
- Understands influencer campaign goals and their contribution to wider team objectives.
- Consistently delivers high-quality execution contributing to program success.
- Paying attention to detail to ensure campaigns meet expectations.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of paid media and repurposing influencer content for ads.
- Experience with reporting tools and analytics dashboards.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support:
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns from briefing through delivery and approvals.
- Coordinate with creators and agencies for timely delivery and posting of assets.
- Assist research on creators, trends, and formats to inform ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain influencer databases and records to track partnerships.
- Track contracts, deliverables, and posting timelines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Relationship & Workflow Management:
- Support communications with influencers and agencies to nurture professional relationships.
- Gather influencer feedback and share performance to encourage repeat partnerships.
- Maintain clear internal tracking of creator conversations and campaign progress.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance on awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support creation of campaign reports and post-campaign wrap-ups for stakeholders.
- Identify optimization areas and support strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Use tools like Looker for data gathering and organization.
Targets:
- Deliver influencer campaign tasks on time and to high standards.
- Support accurate reporting with insightful data.
- Maintain organized records and strong influencer relationships.
- Contribute to campaign effectiveness through excellent execution and attention to detail.
