HR Advisor

As an HR Advisor, you will support HR Business Partners, provide advice to management, and handle employee relations, fostering a fair work environment aligned with organizational goals and compliance with employment laws. You will be central to handling employee relations issues, coaching managers, driving people agenda initiatives, updating HR documentation, and managing HR administrative tasks.
Must have: 3+ years HR experience as HR Advisor or ER Specialist, managing employee relations, knowledge of UK/EU employment law, growth mindset, data-driven approach, strong interpersonal skills, and global perspective.
Nice to have: CIPD qualification, degree in HR or relevant field, software technology organization experience.
Responsibilities include managing employee relations issues, supporting HRBPs with sensitive matters, coaching managers, delivering people initiatives, maintaining HR templates, staying updated on employment laws, providing people data insights, and managing HRIS processes.
Annual Salary Range: £50,000 - £57,000 GBP.
