The Job
Flo’s success is built on the combined talent of around 500 employees worldwide. The People and Talent team manages attraction, retention, and motivation of a diverse, international workforce from application to career building. As a HR Advisor, you will provide support to HR Business Partners and expert advice to management, helping foster a fair, consistent, and engaging work environment. You will manage employee relations end-to-end, ensuring compliance with employment laws and alignment with organizational goals.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Minimum 3 years of solid HR experience as an HR Advisor or Employee Relations Specialist
- Proven track record in managing and advising on employee relations and people practices
- Experience with process improvements end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of UK and EU employment law, especially in employee relations and performance management

Nice to have:
- CIPD qualifications or equivalent
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience with a software technology organisation
Responsibilities
You will:
- Manage employee relations issues end-to-end ensuring fairness and consistency
- Support HRBPs with complex employee matters including performance, grievances, disciplinary actions, restructuring
- Coach managers on HR policies and best practices, escalate complex issues as needed
- Implement people agenda initiatives and enhance processes for organizational scaling
- Create and maintain accurate HR documentation and templates
- Stay updated with local employment laws and ensure policy compliance
- Provide people analytics and data insights to support decision-making
- Manage HR administrative tasks like promotion, onboarding, offboarding using HRIS HiBob
