Job Overview
The Growth Product Lead will guide subscription growth initiatives by overseeing a team of two experienced growth managers and a total team of eight including analysts, operations managers, release managers, and designers. The role focuses on revenue optimization and scalable, sustainable subscription growth through activation, retention, winback, and seasonal sale strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive revenue growth for subscription-based products across in-app placements, push, and email.
- Lead a growth team of 8, directly managing 2 growth managers.
- Define and execute strategies targeting high-value audience segments with personalized communications and monetisation incentives.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates at each stage.
- Use A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to improve performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Provide actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate to enhance Flo's CRM and personalisation capabilities to support marketing initiatives.
Your Experience
- Proven experience with subscription-based business models and discount strategy optimisation for B2C subscription products.
- Experience developing and implementing lifecycle monetisation programs including activation, winback, retention, and seasonal sales.
- Leadership experience directing lifecycle monetisation projects and strategic roadmap creation.
- Expertise in pricing and discount optimisation to maximize revenue through segmented targeted offers.
- Expertise in multi-channel monetisation initiatives (in-app, push, email).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience leveraging automation and machine learning to enhance lifecycle monetisation.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
