The Job

Flo is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join their team of 5, with 4 based in Vilnius. The role involves managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, optimizing performance, and collaborating with teams like privacy, product, and creative to scale campaigns and improve results. The team is a key pillar to growth, running, controlling, and optimizing high-quality creative media daily to sustain successful user base growth since 2015.

Your Experience

Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years specializing in Google Search Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and keyword management.
  • Experience working with Google Ads API and automation tools.
  • Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft engaging and high-performing ad creatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup including keyword research, budget allocation, and creative assets management (ad copies, creative requests).
  • Develop placements beyond search.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for KPIs like RoAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with teams including privacy, AdTech, finances, product, analytics, creative studio, and others.
  • Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify and test new opportunities for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.
