The job
Flo is hiring Engineering Managers in Vilnius to lead squads building privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience.
Key responsibilities include leading and growing a high-performing engineering team, setting product direction, shipping fast, owning outcomes, building reliable, scalable, and secure systems, guiding architecture decisions, championing engineering quality and speed, coaching the team, and collaborating across disciplines.
Requirements
Applicants should have 6+ years coding experience in Scala, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C/Swift; experience building distributed systems at scale; 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams; a solid track record of hiring, mentoring, and building inclusive cultures; deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery; and a strong product mindset focused on user needs.
Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to ML or data-powered products, full-stack experience, CI/CD and DevOps tooling experience, background in consumer tech or mobile apps, and A/B testing knowledge.
Salary Range
€8,500 - €9,500 gross per month (may vary based on skills and experience).
