The job
Flo is hiring Engineering Managers in Vilnius to lead a squad building next-generation privacy-first, AI-powered health tools for a global audience. This role involves leading and growing a high-performing team of engineers, setting direction, shipping fast, owning outcomes, building reliable, scalable and secure systems, guiding architecture decisions, championing engineering quality, coaching, hiring, developing and promoting team members, and collaborating across disciplines.

What you bring
- 6+ years coding in Scala, Java, Kotlin or Objective-C/Swift
- Experience building distributed systems at scale
- 4+ years managing engineers and leading teams
- Solid track record of hiring, mentoring and building inclusive cultures
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and agile delivery
- Strong product mindset - care about the user, not just the stack
Nice to have
- Exposure to ML or data-powered products
- Full-stack experience
- Hands-on with CI/CD and DevOps tooling
- Background in consumer tech or mobile apps
- A/B testing know-how
