The Job
Looking for a Creative Strategist (Video) who combines strategic insight, creative flair, and leadership to create impactful video campaigns that empower women's health.
Your Experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Minimum of two years in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager, with hands-on experience producing User Acquisition (UA) and App Store Optimization (ASO) assets
- Proven portfolio from concept to creative execution with measurable results across a range of video content
- Data-driven mindset leveraging analytics to drive performance metrics like CTR, CR, engagement
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets and creative production workflows
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging design technologies to spot lasting creative opportunities
- Nice to have experience with video creative for paid social UA campaigns and budgeting/resource allocation for projects
Responsibilities
- Analyze real-time data for strategic direction on video creative elements for paid user acquisition campaigns across social media
- Lead creation and management of video creatives aligned with marketing goals and brand
- Manage timelines and resources to deliver on schedule
- Collaborate with UA teams, marketing, and creative talent to develop and execute compelling videos
- Optimize creatives for devices, platforms, and audience segments
- Provide feedback during production to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Adjust creative concepts based on performance insights for continuous improvement
- Measure and analyze effectiveness of video assets and campaigns to inform future strategy
Success Metrics
- Consistent improvement in video creative performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, engagement)
- Growth in video creative’s contribution to paid UA success
- Impact on overall paid UA campaign growth and ROI
