The Job
Flo is seeking a Creative Strategist to apply strategic, managerial, and creative skills into meaningful marketing campaigns that contribute to pivotal health solutions.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Mastery in English and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Minimum 2 years in performance marketing roles such as Creative Producer, Marketing Manager, ASO Manager, or UA Manager with substantial creative production experience.
- A compelling portfolio showing the journey from idea to execution covering a broad range of content.
- Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CR, etc.) and ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, Google Calendar & Sheets, Miro, and understanding of creative production processes.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and ability to apply them to design decisions.
- Engagement with latest industry trends and emerging design technologies.
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a design team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Driving creation and oversight of marketing assets ensuring alignment with marketing goals and brand guidelines.
- Crafting creative briefs for Paid UA, ASO, ASA, and Growth initiatives based on strategic hypotheses.
- Leading small-to-medium design projects ensuring timely delivery and management of budgets and resources.
- Collaborating with marketing teams and creative leads including writers, graphic designers, illustrators, and motion designers.
- Overseeing video and photo production from planning to post-production ensuring project alignment and brand consistency.
- Providing feedback and maintaining quality and consistency of creative outputs.
- Analyzing effectiveness of marketing assets and campaigns to optimize future projects using data insights.
Targets:
- Enhancing engagement with new and existing audiences through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.
- Driving improvements in campaign effectiveness measured by relevant KPIs.
Salary
London salary range: £58,000 - £70,000 GBP gross per year
Vilnius salary range: €3,400 - €3,800 EUR gross per month
