The Job
The Commercial Content Design team focuses on ensuring users know the value of Flo Premium. They are data-informed researchers, innovators, content and design experts who focus on the execution and validation of the platform and features. The role is for a Content Design expert who leads human-centered experiences delivering business results, balancing hands-on delivery with advocacy, coaching, and driving consistency and quality across the product and service.
About the Commercial CD Team
The team consists of talented and ambitious Content Designers who design UX content with a growth mindset. They aim to create content that explains Flo’s value and convinces users to convert to Flo Premium. They work closely with Commercial Product Designers, UX Researchers, Analysts, Product Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, and Product Marketing Managers.
Your Experience
Must have experience designing content that promotes growth at scale. Strong people management experience preferred, managing teams of 3+ and coaching content designers from junior to senior levels. Experience creating and optimizing content delivery processes and working in a commercial environment influencing revenue. Leadership, communication skills, product thinking, human-centered design approach, knowledge of interactive prototypes, composition, color, interaction design principles, competence in Figma and design tools, and mobile app experience are required.
Responsibilities
The role involves helping Content Designers design UX content to encourage conversion to Flo Premium, identifying opportunities for Content Design to add business value, guiding wire-framing and prototyping, storytelling, influencing cross-stream and C-level levels, product vision definition, co-design with Product Designers, leading team initiatives, evolving concepts, offering feedback, initiating team activities, engaging in research and heuristic analysis, assessing team skills, presenting work, advocating for quality and accessibility, building cross-functional relationships, managing the team, and hiring and training specialized Content Designers.
