The Commercial Content Design team focuses on making users aware of the value of Flo Premium through expert content and design strategies in a hyper-growth startup environment.
Role Description
The Content Design Lead is a hands-on expert leading the creation of human-centred experiences to drive business results. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the Content Design team, driving consistency, advocating for quality and accessibility, and working closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UX Researchers.
The role demands strong people management skills, product thinking, content design expertise, and proficiency in tools like Figma. Experience in mobile app content design and commercial environment impact through revenue influence is required.
Key Responsibilities
Help Content Designers create UX content that drives conversion to Flo Premium, identify business opportunities, guide wire-framing and prototyping, influence stakeholders at all levels, co-design with Product Designers, lead team initiatives, support capability building, and advocate for quality and accessibility.
Additional duties involve day-to-day management tasks such as performance reviews and hiring specialized Commercial Content Designers.

Salary Range
£75,000 - £85,000 GBP annually (may vary based on skills and experience)
