Job Overview
Flo is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content & Community Executive to join the Social Growth team. The role involves creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and scaling the social media presence across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The executive will own day-to-day content output and audience engagement within one or more verticals, working closely with the team to deliver creative that builds brand love, fuels discovery, and drives user growth.
Experience and Qualifications
Must have 2–3+ years in content creation, community management, or social media marketing. Proven ability in short-form video content creation and comfort on camera are required. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media culture, experience managing comments and community DMs, and proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut. Excellent organization, time management, and clear English communication skills are essential.
Nice to have experience in wellness, health, or lifestyle sectors; familiarity with social media publishing tools; creative storytelling ability; and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include creating, shooting, and appearing in content for organic and paid channels across TikTok and Instagram, collaborating with the Social Content Manager, tracking social trends, editing videos with appropriate tools, and managing content scheduling and publishing.
Community management duties include daily interactions, proactive engagement, trend and feedback flagging, linking social community to support teams, and fostering a positive loyal community.
Targets
Targets include supporting consistent weekly content delivery, community engagement across social channels, contributing to social-led growth and user acquisition, and maintaining high community satisfaction and positive brand sentiment.
