The Job
As the ASO Lead, you will manage Flo’s strategy across app stores and organic search globally. Your role is to increase visibility, maximize traffic, innovate marketing strategies, and lead a high-performing team. You will report directly to the Director of User Acquisition and drive meaningful change for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a robust ASO strategy across key markets
- Grow traffic and revenue from organic channels
- Build, lead, and grow a team of ASO experts
- Lead and nurture cross-team relationships to enhance store presence
- Stay updated on ASO and digital marketing trends
- Manage relationships with Apple and Google to strengthen store presence
- Develop cross-functional rating strategies for high star ratings
- Report performance regularly to stakeholders

Required Experience
- 5+ years of ASO experience and 2+ years in ASO team management
- Proven track record growing organic traffic for top-grossing apps
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach
- Knowledge of app store algorithms for iOS and Android
- Proficiency with ASO tools like SplitMetrics, AppFollow, AppTweak, Sensor Tower
- Experience managing and motivating teams
- Collaboration with tech, creative, and paid marketing teams
- Building relationships with Apple & Google for featuring and insights
- Use of AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
- Experience in rating strategies for Apple & Google
