Role Summary
The AI & Automation Business Partner will bridge the gap between AI technologies and non-technical teams, enabling them to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Glean, Gemini, and Claude to transform workflows without needing dedicated engineering resources.
Qualifications
1-2 years of hands-on experience using Generative AI tools in business contexts.
Working knowledge of major large language models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, Gemini.
Experience collaborating with business teams to implement technology solutions.
Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Experience with workflow automation, data analysis tools, and AI platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Background in change management or technology adoption.
Interest in Generative AI demonstrated through self-learning or side projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field.
Ideal Candidate
Technically savvy and people-oriented, able to solve real business problems with technology pragmatically. Skilled at translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders and addressing practical and psychological barriers to AI adoption. Experienced power user of GenAI tools and comfortable discussing AI models at a high level.
Responsibilities
Partner with non-technical departments to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
Translate business needs into practical low/no-code AI and automation solutions.
Support AI governance and responsible AI adoption.
Develop tailored AI adoption strategies for departments.
Lead demos, workshops, and training.
Create proof-of-concept solutions to drive adoption.
Establish metrics to track adoption and impact.
Provide ongoing team support.
Serve as liaison between business units and IT.
Advise on best-fit AI models for use cases.
Support prompt engineering and AI application design.
Champion GenAI tool usage with practical examples.
