The Job
This role bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and non-technical teams, empowering them to leverage modern tools to transform workflows without requiring engineering resources. The candidate should have practical experience with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Glean, Gemini, Claude) and guide non-technical stakeholders in meaningful AI adoption.
Your Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience using GenAI tools in business contexts
- Working knowledge of major LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and their practical differences, limitations, and ideal use cases
- Experience working with business teams to implement technology solutions
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities in business applications
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with workflow automation, data analysis tools, and AI platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Background in change management or technology adoption
- Interest in GenAI shown through self-directed learning or side projects
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field

A technically savvy and people-oriented individual excited about AI's potential to transform work. Experienced at translating technical and non-technical roles and pragmatic about AI implementation. A power user of GenAI tools who can share knowledge and discuss AI models for business use cases.
Responsibilities
- Partner with non-technical departments to identify AI opportunities and operational pain points
- Translate business needs into solutions using low/no-code AI platforms and automation tools
- Support AI Governance, advising on responsible AI adoption
- Develop tailored adoption strategies per department
- Lead demos, workshops, and training for AI tool adoption
- Create proof-of-concept solutions to drive enthusiasm
- Establish metrics for adoption success and business impact
- Provide ongoing support to teams integrating new tools
- Serve as liaison between business units and IT
- Advise on best-fit commercial AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Glean, Gemini)
- Support prompt engineering and GenAI application design to automate tasks
- Champion GenAI tool usage via practical examples
