The Job

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance channels. Your focus will be on driving high-quality users efficiently with a strong emphasis on ROAS and scalability. You will identify platform trends and best practices, collaborate cross-functionally to foster growth, and brief creative teams for top-performing assets. Monitoring, tracking, and reporting key metrics, as well as experimenting with marketing partners, will be part of your responsibilities.

Experience Required

Must have: 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition preferably in high-growth environments. Expert-level experience with Google Ads campaign management. Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA, LTV. Experience with conversion tracking setup using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4. Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for web. Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools. Proficiency in BI platforms like Looker Studio, Funnel.io. Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost campaign efficiency. Strong communication and project management skills. Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Market research and competitor analysis.
Nice to have: Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels. Experience in Health Tech, FinTech or regulated industries. Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups. Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management such as Google Ads Scripts.
