The Job

The User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels, focusing on ROAS and scalability to drive high-quality users efficiently.
Key responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally for product growth, briefing the creative team, monitoring and reporting key metrics, and driving experimentation with marketing partners.

Your Experience

Must have:
  • 3+ years of web user acquisition performance marketing experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Expert-level experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and LTV
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web
  • Understanding of web attribution models and tools like last-click, data-driven attribution, and first-party tracking
  • Experience using BI platforms like Looker Studio and Funnel.io for performance data analysis and presentation
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Studio to enhance campaign efficiency and ideation
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with cross-functional teamwork capability
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency
  • Market research and competitor analysis skills
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels
  • Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
  • Knowledge of server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups like Consent Mode and enhanced conversions
  • Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management such as Google Ads Scripts
