The Job

You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels to drive high-quality users efficiently, focusing on ROAS and scalability. You will identify platform trends and best practices, collaborate cross-functionally for product growth, brief the creative team for top-performing assets, monitor key metrics, and drive experimentation with marketing partners.

Your Experience

Must have:
  • 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments.
  • Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for web.
  • Solid understanding of web attribution models and tools.
  • Proficiency with BI platforms like Looker Studio, Funnel.io, or similar for performance data analysis.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Studio to enhance campaign efficiency and ideation.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with cross-functional work experience.
  • Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
  • Market research and competitor analysis skills.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Facebook Ads or other paid social channels.
  • Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking and privacy-compliant measurement setups.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management (e.g., Google Ads Scripts).

Salary

The salary for this position in Vilnius, Lithuania starts from 3800€ gross per month.
