You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels, focusing on ROAS and scalability. You will identify platform trends, collaborate cross-functionally, brief the creative team for top-performing assets, monitor key metrics, and drive marketing experimentation.

Must have 3+ years of performance marketing experience in web user acquisition, expert-level Google Ads management, and proven campaign optimization skills. Hands-on experience with conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4), strong analytical and testing skills, knowledge of attribution models, and BI platforms usage are required. Experience with AI tools for campaign efficiency and strong communication/project management skills are needed. Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency and market research skills are expected.

Nice to have experience with Facebook Ads or paid social channels, Health Tech or regulated industries, privacy-compliant tracking, and campaign management automation tools.
