The Design team focuses on creating the best user experience on the app through research, innovation, and design expertise. This is a hyper-growth startup environment with new design leadership and a bold new direction involving gamification, health data, and behavioral science.

The position is for a Staff / Senior Product Designer who will work on complex design challenges, setting quality standards, and architect scalable interaction and visual systems. The role requires deep collaboration with product, research, engineering, and content teams to create engaging, playful, and innovative user experiences.

Must have: 10+ years designing consumer mobile apps, a strong portfolio showing systems thinking and user-centered design, expertise in interaction and motion design, strategic and hands-on abilities, cross-functional collaboration, prototyping skills, self-awareness, mentoring skills, and commitment to ethical and inclusive design.

Nice to have: Experience in gamified or behavior-change-driven experiences, health tech background, knowledge of AI and LLMs, and basic understanding of animation tools like Lottie or Rive.

Shape vision and drive design strategy for cross-functional initiatives, design features to help users build healthy habits, lead complex design projects, develop scalable interaction models and visual systems, mentor designers, contribute to design evolution, and champion inclusive and ethical design.
