The Job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of our talent quality, enabling the business to scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into our decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to our success.
You will be the 3600 owner of the recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, deeply collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent, and prioritize critical roles to ensure we fill them with exceptional candidates.
  • Run a structured, high-quality interview process that upholds our company values and provides an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key metricsincluding pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hireusing data to inform your strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve our hiring practices and employer brand.

Success Criteria

  • Judgment-first mindset: You are a bar-keeper, not just a filler, and you will uphold our hiring standards even under pressure. You have the ability to identify potential over pedigree and make bold, high-quality hiring calls.
  • Business literacy: You understand what drives our revenue, user growth, and product velocity, and you connect hiring outcomes directly to our company's long-term strategy.
  • Market fluency & data-informed: You read the London and Vilnius talent landscape with nuance, using data to anticipate shifts and attract top performers.
  • Velocity with quality: You shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing the bar. You are self-sufficient, proactive, and personally drive the search for top talent.
  • Trusted advisor: You build a reputation as the "go-to" partner for hiring calibration and advice, bringing insightnot just effortto the process.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian job market is essential, additional experience hiring abroad is an advantage.
  • Strong track of record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
