Role Overview
The Senior Talent Partner role involves being a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling business scaling by raising the hiring bar. It is a hands-on, individual contributor position responsible for embedding talent intelligence into hiring decisions to build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London from intake to hire.
- Collaborate strategically with hiring managers on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
- Proactively engage high-caliber passive talent, prioritizing critical roles with exceptional candidates.
- Run a structured, high-quality interview process aligned with company values.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as pipeline health and quality of hire to inform strategy.
- Drive initiatives to improve hiring practices and the employer brand.

- Judgment-first mindset, upholding hiring standards and making quality hiring decisions over pedigree.
- Strong business literacy connecting hiring outcomes with company strategy.
- Market fluency and data-informed approach to talent acquisition in London and Vilnius.

Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for engineering and product roles.
- Expertise in negotiation and complex compensation discussions.
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; experience hiring abroad is a plus.
- Strong track record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
