The Job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling business scaling by raising the hiring bar. You will embed talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performance, talent-dense teams. This role is hands-on and an individual contributor position with a direct impact on the companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London.
  • Collaborate deeply with hiring managers on role definitions, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-caliber passive talent, prioritizing roles to secure exceptional candidates.
  • Conduct a structured high-quality interview process aligned with company values, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Track and report key metrics such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire to inform strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to improve hiring practices and employer branding.

Success Criteria

  • Exhibit a judgment-first mindset by upholding hiring standards under pressure and making bold, high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Understand the business drivers and connect hiring outcomes to long-term strategy.
  • Stay informed about the talent landscape in London and Vilnius, using data to anticipate and attract top performers.
  • Balance hiring speed with quality, demonstrating self-sufficiency and proactivity in talent search.
  • Be a trusted advisor and "go-to" partner for hiring calibration and advice.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; experience hiring abroad is an advantage.
  • Proficient in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
