The Job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling business scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your impact is essential.
You will be the 360° owner of the recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, from intake to successful close.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-caliber passive talent, prioritizing critical roles with exceptional candidates.
  • Run a structured, high-quality interview process upholding company values and providing exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire using data to inform strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to improve hiring practices and employer brand.
What defines success in this role includes a judgment-first mindset, business literacy, market fluency & data-informed decision making, velocity with quality, and being a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of the Lithuanian job market is essential; experience hiring abroad is an advantage.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.
