The Job

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic guardian of talent quality, enabling business scale. Your core mission is to raise the bar with every hire, embedding talent intelligence into decision-making to build high-performing, talent-dense teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where your direct impact is essential to success.
You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for the Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, driving every stage from intake to a successful close.
  • Be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers, collaborating on role definition, process design, and hiring decisions.
  • Proactively map and engage high-caliber passive talent, prioritize critical roles to ensure filling them with exceptional candidates.
  • Run a structured, high-quality interview process upholding company values and providing exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track and report on key metrics, including pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire, using data to inform strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives that continuously improve hiring practices and employer brand.

  • Business literacy: Understand drivers of revenue, user growth, and product velocity, connect hiring outcomes to company strategy.
  • Market fluency and data-informed: Read London and Vilnius talent landscape with nuance, use data to anticipate shifts and attract top performers.
  • Velocity with quality: Shorten time-to-hire without sacrificing the bar, be self-sufficient, proactive, and personally drive talent search.
  • Trusted advisor: Build reputation as the go-to partner for hiring calibration and advice, bringing insight to the process.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with expertise in engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian job market; additional international hiring experience is advantageous.
  • Strong record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.

Salary

Gross monthly salary range: €3,500 - €4,500, varying based on skills and experience.
