The user needs are central to the Product teams who design easy-to-use, informative resources for the platform. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will bring strong marketing expertise to a fast-moving, product-led environment. This role requires a data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset to embed marketing into product development and delivery for 70+ million users.
The role involves working in the Health Stream with Product, Medical, User Research, Growth, and Brand teams to shape user engagement and feature discovery. Success requires using data and user insights to improve messaging and positioning while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Your Experience
- At least 5 years as a Product Marketing Manager in B2C app-based software products within health-tech or digital health.
- Experience in product-led environments driven by user needs and Product team priorities.
- Strong marketing skills in messaging, campaign planning, and user insight application.
- Data-driven in work improvements through testing.
- Skilled in influencing diverse stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Medical, and Marketing.
- Adaptable, proactive, able to thrive in ambiguity.
- Strong communication and organisational skills with CEFR C2-level English.
- Independent and motivated to make an impact.
Nice to have: Familiarity with or interest in female health and wellness.
Responsibilities
- Establish the role of Product Marketing within the Health team and build strong Product Manager relationships.
- Integrate marketing thinking into product development from early feature stages.
- Ensure clear communication between Product and Marketing.
- Design data-driven tests to refine messaging and value propositions.
- Create structured processes in ambiguous environments.
- Position and grow key features such as Peri-menopause, Flo for Partners, and Flo for Teens.
- Develop go-to-market plans to increase feature adoption and user understanding.
- Manage marketing metrics around engagement, activation, and revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed marketing insights throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute tools, templates, and ideas to enhance the Product Marketing discipline.
- Partner with Medical, Claims, and Copywriting teams for credible messaging.
- Work with Brand, Social, and Comms for broader user engagement during launches.
- Handle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and ramp up on new projects.
