The job
The Product Marketing Manager role involves embedding marketing thinking into the product development process, driving feature adoption, and ensuring marketing insights influence product lifecycle. Strong marketing skills, data-driven thinking, and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. The manager will focus on user needs and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Medical, and Marketing teams. Key responsibilities include positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, and tracking marketing performance metrics related to engagement, activation, and revenue.
Your Experience
Must have at least 5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2C app-based software products, preferably in health or women’s health. Experience in product-led environments, strong marketing toolkit, ability to use data and testing to improve work, and excellent communication skills in English (CEFR C2-level) are required. Nice to have experience includes regulated HealthTech or Digital Health and familiarity or interest in female health and wellness.
What you'll be doing
Responsibilities include establishing the role of Product Marketing in the User Centric team, embedding marketing mindset in product development, designing data-driven tests, positioning new features, developing go-to-market plans, owning marketing metrics, collaborating cross-functionally, acting as a key voice in the Product Marketing team, partnering with Medical and Copywriting teams, and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
