The job
Flo is growing quickly, enhancing the users’ monetization experience. The commercial team is looking for a Senior Product Analyst (Value Capture) to help with this.
The senior data analyst will work on creating data-driven strategies to increase the growth of Flo users and subscribers and identify new growth opportunities for markets and segments.
Responsibilities include developing and refining unit economics models to analyze and optimize financial performance, working closely with product managers to provide data analysis and expertise, designing and supporting A/B test results, assisting in prioritizing projects, and creating scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
Must have
- At least 5+ years of work experience as a Data / Product Analyst
- Advanced experience with A/B testing and knowledge of statistics for A/B testing
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience in data visualization using Looker / Tableau or similar
- Good presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in subscription business
- Python for data analysis
- Experience mentoring other analysts
- Experience evangelizing analytical tools and best practices
- Experience working with Looker as BI analyst
