Job Description
The Senior Medical Partnerships Manager plays a strategic and cross-functional role at Flo. The role involves owning relationships with Flo Expert board with over 140+ experts, healthcare professionals, and medical organizations to strengthen Flo’s credibility and visibility.
This is a hybrid role blending partnerships, strategy, content, and operations. The candidate will co-lead all medical-facing partnerships initiatives including expert engagement and content creation for healthcare professionals, conference activations, and strategic partnerships with global institutions.
The role requires collaboration across internal teams (Medical, Legal, Content, Product, Marketing) and external collaborators (Flo Expert board, freelancers, influencers, medical organizations) to deliver science-backed communications and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Expert Relationships: Lead all aspects of engagement with the Flo Expert Board, including management, performance, content collaboration, and recruitment of new experts and influencers.
- Drive HCP Engagement: Create and execute content initiatives for healthcare professionals, manage the HCP website, and represent Flo at major global medical conferences.
- Secure Strategic Partnerships: Own partnerships with key medical organizations, identify new collaboration opportunities, and ensure project delivery.
- Lead Operations: Maintain workflows for expert onboarding, contract management, and performance reporting to ensure success and scalability of initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
Must have:
- 5+ years experience in partnerships or marketing roles.
- Proven experience developing marketing campaigns and communications.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and content development skills.
- Excellent project management skills managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with contract negotiation, vendor agreements, and invoice processing.
- Active user of tools like HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, CMS platforms, and AI tools such as GPT for content drafting and process optimization.
- Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in digital health, medtech, or healthcare marketing environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed team with evolving priorities.
