The job
Medical and scientific credibility is the foundation of Flo.
As a group, the teams engage the medical experts on Flo's medical board, establish research partnerships with prestigious institutions, help developers design intuitive AI tools, check medical accuracy, and drive credibility across the platform.
The Medical Advisors are divided into two groups: the User Centric team and the Health team. The User Centric team focuses on content, ensuring medical credibility and accuracy in features and materials, advising product and marketing teams, and overseeing user journeys. The Health team works on the predictive capabilities of Flo through close collaboration with product, engineers, and data science.
This role is part of the User Centric team seeking a fully qualified doctor with experience in women’s health, marketing, and health tech. The candidate will work alongside experienced colleagues passionate about improving women’s health.
Your Experience
Must have:
- Medical Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a clinician.
- Experience partnering with or in marketing teams in health-tech/industry settings.
- Experience reviewing or creating marketing communications, social media content, and user-facing promotional materials.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (C2 level or higher).
Nice to have:
- Experience in women’s health as a GP or OBGYN.
- Understanding of clinical safety, medical governance, and regulatory requirements in digital health products.
- Experience collaborating with software product development teams for consumer technology products, especially health-related digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Ensure medical accuracy and credibility of Flo’s marketing and social media channels.
- Conduct medical reviews of marketing communications, articles, videos, courses, and health content in English.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review medical marketing content for accuracy.
- Work with Flo’s Expert Board to peer-review concepts and campaigns.
- Support onboarding flow development with medical research and content input.
- Provide expert input on medical risk assessments and regulatory compliance of marketing materials.
- Participate in team meetings and use tools such as Figma, Jira, Miro, and Google Workspace effectively.
- Be the main medical contact for marketing at Flo.
- Bring medically appropriate ideas to marketing teams for implementation.
- Aim for 100% medical accuracy in communications, collaborating with Medical Experts and in-house team.
- Work to improve medical review workflows.
Salary Range
€4,700 - €6,400 gross per month (varying with skills and experience)
