Job Overview
The Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a strategic and cross-functional role leading marketing and partnership initiatives with healthcare professionals, medical organizations, and a global network of 140+ expert board members to enhance Flo’s credibility and visibility. This hybrid role blends marketing, partnerships, and operations, involving co-creating content with medical experts, global campaign launches, representing Flo at conferences, and developing scalable workflows for collaborations with leading medical institutions.
Responsibilities
Drive Marketing & Engagement Among Doctors
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of Flo among healthcare professionals.
- Create and distribute content such as newsletters, brochures, research summaries, and SEO-optimized website content for doctors.
- Design and manage evergreen email campaigns including automated flows and targeted re-engagement.
- Represent Flo at global medical conferences, lead presence, network, grow email base, and run post-event campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance for ongoing improvement.
Manage Expert Relationships
- Engage day-to-day with Flo’s Expert Board to build collaboration and loyalty.
- Oversee expert involvement in product reviews, PR campaigns, social media, and app content.
- Initiate efforts to boost expert collaboration and long-term engagement.
- Recruit new experts aligning with Flo’s priorities.
- Create scalable workflows for expert onboarding, contracts, content reviews, and communication. Manage contracts, vendor agreements, invoices, and reporting.
Build & Grow Strategic Partnerships
- Manage relationships with key medical organizations from negotiation to project delivery.
- Identify and propose new partnership opportunities to extend Flo’s reach and impact.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing and/or partnerships roles.
- Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns and communication.
- Strong project management skills for complex initiatives across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with contract negotiation, vendor agreements, and invoice management.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, NetSuite, CMS platforms, and AI tools such as GPT for content and process optimization.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
