Job Description
The Senior Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in executing Flo’s marketing and partnership strategy focused on healthcare professionals. This hybrid role involves marketing, partnerships, and growth, including projects related to web strategy, CRM, campaign innovation, and representing Flo at international conferences and partnerships.
Responsibilities include shaping and executing digital marketing strategy to grow awareness and engagement among doctors and healthcare professionals, leading website growth and SEO strategy, managing CRM and email marketing programs, launching new growth initiatives such as webinars and paid campaigns, representing Flo at major global medical conferences, and using analytics for continuous refinement.
In partnerships, the role involves building and leading strategic relationships with key medical organizations, collaborating with Flo’s Expert Board of over 140 medical professionals, identifying new partnership opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery of partnership initiatives with strong cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in senior marketing and/or partnership roles, preferably in digital health, tech, or B2B marketing.
Proven success in leading digital marketing strategies across web, SEO, CRM, and multichannel campaigns.
Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach and hands-on execution capability.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM, CMS tools, and marketing automation platforms.
Comfortable using AI tools like GPT for content development and process optimization.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Salary starting from 3500 EUR gross per month, with variation based on skills and experience.
