The job

The Senior Digital Marketing & Partnerships Manager plays a key role in executing Flo’s marketing and partnership strategy for healthcare professionals. The role blends marketing, partnerships, and growth, working on projects including web strategy, CRM, campaign innovation, and representing Flo at international conferences and global partnerships.

What you’ll do

Digital Marketing & Growth
  • Shape and execute digital marketing strategy to grow awareness and engagement among doctors and healthcare professionals.
  • Lead website growth and SEO strategy for Flo’s medical site, optimizing traffic, user journeys, and conversion funnels.
  • Design and manage CRM and email marketing programs including audience segmentation, automated flows, re-engagement tactics, and campaign optimization.
  • Test and launch new growth initiatives like webinars, paid campaigns, social media activations.
  • Represent Flo at major global medical conferences, leading event strategy, developing materials, and driving post-event engagement.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to refine messaging, channel performance, and conversion efficiency.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and lead strategic relationships with key medical organizations to deliver impactful joint initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Flo’s Expert Board of 140+ global medical professionals to create content, strengthen credibility, and drive visibility.
  • Identify and activate new partnership opportunities within the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives through cross-functional collaboration, vendor coordination, and process optimization.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years in senior marketing and/or partnership roles, ideally in digital health, tech, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven success leading digital marketing strategies across web, SEO, CRM, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset with data-driven approach and hands-on execution ability.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partnerships.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM, CMS tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as GPT for content development and process optimization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
