The Job

The user needs are central to the product team's mission. They act as fact-finders, builders, and ideators to create easy-to-use, information-rich resources. Together with analytics teams, they uncover the 'why' behind user behavior to deliver unrivaled user experiences.
As a Growth Product Manager at Flo, the candidate will own strategy and execution of key monetization initiatives within the app. Responsibilities include subscription conversion, trial activation, upsells, and winbacks with the goal of driving revenue growth and maximizing user lifetime value.
The role involves cross-functional collaboration among analysts, designers, researchers, and engineers to optimize personalized, high-converting user journeys that clearly communicate Flo's value throughout the user lifecycle.
This position is pivotal in reinforcing Flo’s leadership as a global health and fitness company and the world’s first fully digital female health unicorn.

Your Experience

Must have experience in developing and optimizing monetization programs for B2C digital products involving subscription conversion, trial activation, retention, winbacks, referrals, and upsells.
Expertise in user segmentation and creating personalized user experiences utilizing external (email, push notifications) and in-app channels to drive conversion.
Strong understanding of the user lifecycle and designing full-funnel journeys to maximize user value and premium retention.
User-centric mindset focused on seamless, high-performing journeys that convert effectively without compromising experience.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, validating hypotheses, and optimizing product and marketing strategies.
Collaborative, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to achieve results.
Highly analytical with the ability to interpret complex data to make data-driven decisions.
Thrives in fast-paced environments, adapts to shifting priorities, and manages multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven monetization strategies to grow revenue across Flo’s subscription products using in-app placements, push notifications, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing Managers to craft compelling value propositions for premium subscriptions and add-ons.
Identify and engage high-value user segments using behavioral, demographic, and preference data for personalized communication and monetization incentives.
Design and optimize user journeys that demonstrate Flo’s premium value and drive conversion, upgrades, and retention.
Continuously analyze and improve the customer journey to maximize conversion throughout the funnel using data-driven iterations.
Conduct A/B tests and apply Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to validate ideas and optimize performance.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor KPIs around acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product and marketing teams.
