The Product Manager - Growth will own the strategy and execution of monetisation initiatives across in-app programs, focused on subscription conversion, trial activation, upsells, and winbacks to drive revenue growth and maximize user lifetime value. They will work cross-functionally with analysts, designers, researchers, and engineers to craft and optimize personalised, high-converting user journeys, communicating Flo27s value at every user lifecycle touchpoint.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in developing and optimising monetisation programs for B2C digital products, including subscription conversion, trial activation, retention, winbacks, referrals, and upsells.
- Expertise in user segmentation and creating personalised user experiences, leveraging external channels (email, push notifications) and in-app placements to drive conversion.
- Strong understanding of user lifecycle and ability to design and optimise full-funnel journeys that maximise user value and premium retention.
- User-centric mindset focused on crafting seamless, high-performing user journeys that convert effectively without compromising experience.
- Experience in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimise product and marketing strategies.
- Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams.
- Highly analytical with ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adaptable with shifting priorities and managing multiple initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven monetisation strategies to grow revenue across subscription-based products, using in-app placements, push notifications, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers to communicate compelling value propositions for premium subscriptions and add-ons.
- Identify and engage high-value user segments using behavioural, demographic, and preference data for personalised messaging and monetisation incentives.
- Design and optimise user journeys to demonstrate value of premium tiers and add-ons, driving conversion, upgrades, and retention.
- Continuously analyse and improve customer journey, enhancing user experience and maximising conversion through data-informed iteration.
- Conduct A/B tests and apply CRO techniques to validate ideas and optimise performance for growth across user touchpoints.
- Utilise analytics tools/platforms to monitor and report KPIs on acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
- Translate data into actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for product development and marketing efforts.
